<p>Qatar’s Emir, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, claimed this morning that Qatar’s sovereignty was violated twice - first by Iran and then by Israel.</p><p>In a speech opening the parliamentary session in Doha, Al Thani said that in the second attack, attributed to Israel, members of the Hamas delegation to the ceasefire negotiations were injured in a residential neighborhood.</p><p>He stated that Israel had violated all principles of international law by acting against a mediating state and called the attack “state terrorism.” Emir Al Thani sharply criticized Israel and accused it of breaching the Gaza ceasefire, without mentioning Hamas.</p>

<p><span>Kan News military correspondent Itay Blumental reported that a plane that serves the Egyptian intelligence service has landed in Israel.</span></p><p><span>According to Blumental the plane served the head of Egyptian intelligence, Hassan Rashad, for visits in the region and also on the Cairo-Doha route during the previous rounds of hostage negotiations. He suggests that whoever was on the plane, may have arrived ahead of US Vice President JD Vance's visit to the country.</span></p>

<p>Ahead of US Vice President JD Vance's visit, which will begin today and continue until this coming Thursday, the police announced extensive road closures and changes to traffic arrangements in Jerusalem.</p><p>Today, starting at 3:00 PM, the following will be closed to traffic: the city entrance from Route 1, Shazar Tunnel, Ben-Zvi Boulevard, Azza Street, Agron Street, King David Street, Paris Square, and the Meches Junction.</p><p>During the visit, intermittent closures may occur on additional streets in the city, including Azza, Ramban, HaNasi, Jabotinsky, Rabin Boulevard, the Government Complex area, and around the Old City. The police recommend that the public plan access routes in advance and use public transportation.</p>
